The basics

To accomplish the best workflow possible Noco uses a checklist prior the the start of any project to make sure that everything runs as smoothly as possible. Before a project starts make sure that the following steps are completed.

Share a folder of all your current assets with Noco

Tools we use

Design

During the design phase we use Figma as our collaboration tool. From wireframing to the final design, Figma allows us to collect feedback, start a discussion and share prototypes. Learn more about how to use Figma at the link below.

Development

The Webflow designer lets us build any website you can imagine with the full power of HTML, CSS, and Javascript in a visual canvas. In the end you will be able to customize your website thanks to a super advanced editor.

Project management

Asana enables us to translate our workflows into a straightforward project board. All our clients will be invited to Asana to make sure we put the collaboration barrier as low as possible. Our project boards will differ depending on the type of service. We will explain the differences in our link below.

Now that we understand your project, we get down to wireframing. It keeps the focus on your website’s flow, communication, and information architecture, rather than purely aesthetics.

Design proposal

We create a high-fidelity design of a main page to establish a direction for your website's aesthetics, tones and visuals.

Backend preparation

We set up the content management system. All integrations will be implemented and tested thoroughly.

Checklist for the Backend preparation phase:

Make sure that you've sent all scripts to Noco

Make sure that Noco has access to all third party logins

Step 3

Make sure that all your blogs (if any) are exported as CSV's

High-Fidelity Design

We continue designing your website. Every detail is looked at, every visual will add value, and every screen size will be supported.

Make sure to be really clear with your feedback and comments in Figma

Make sure to tag the designer in Figma

Implementation and Development

We implement the design and put a whole lot of attention into making the interactions smooth and subtle with your visitors. If your project requires custom code, our development team will ensure this is neatly done and working seamlessly with your Webflow site.

Your website will be uploaded to a staging environment where you have the ability to give feedback.

Make sure that you have access to staging link via your dashboard

Step 2

Make sure to be really clear with your feedback and comments on staging

Step 3

Make sure at this point that all your hosting and domain information is sent to Noco

Quality assurance and Launch

Our team will check your website thoroughly. We set up redirects and ensure all SEO details check out. When everything works as it is supposed to, we publish the website on your domain.

There will be a final check together via a video call

Step 2

Make sure to create a Webflow account

Step 3

Noco will transfer the project to your Webflow environment

Step 4

Noco will connect your domain

After Noco transferred the project to your Webflow environment, you'll be able to customize your website via the Editor and via the Designer.

Throw as much requests as you'd like at us. We'll keep track and deliver accordingly. You can request new updates or report a bug via your dashboard. You can view all the tasks via your quick view button or login to your Asana projectboard. When you are logged in to Asana you will be able to add comments to tasks.

We will schedule a monthly meeting to make sure we are in the loop and are not overlooking opportunities to improve.
